Split Tube Furnace

A split tube furnace is designed for the easy installation and removal of work tubes and reaction vessels within.

GTEK split tube furnaces are a two-halves design, joined together with hinges. A clap design between two pieces allows an easy open and close of the furnace.

Our TS-12 range split tube furnace range has a maximum operating temperature of 1200℃ with excellent temperature uniformity.

NOTE

Above split tube furnace with single heated zone are standard models, which are mostly hold in stock, and can be fast delivered.
Customization such as multiple heated zone, vertical orientation, rotating heated tube are avaliable, with a typical lead time of 35 days.
All furnaces are equipped with thermocouple type K.
Maximum continuous operating temperature is 100 °C below maximum temperature.
